FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is transport included in community access?

Support workers can transport participants to and from activities as part of community access. If you need transport as a standalone support, see our Travel & Transport Assistance page.

Who chooses the activities?

The participant does. We start with their interests and goals, then build a schedule that feels enjoyable and sustainable.

What if the participant finds outings overwhelming?

We start small — short, quiet outings first — and build up as confidence grows. Behaviour support strategies can be woven in where needed.

Ready to get started?

Send us the participant's details and we'll come back to you with availability and next steps.
